1944 Wedding Dress

My mother, Beth wore this satin wedding dress in 1944 when she married my father, Glenn “L” Dabling in Salt Lake City, UT. Her older sister, Naomi, who is a professional seamstress, made my mother’s dress.

Beth was born and raised in Spanish Fork, UT. She met my dad when they were working in a plant that made radio tubes for the Navy.

My parents were married ten years when my father accidentally died in 1954.
